Question 1

How long does it take to build a website?

Accepted Answer

A typical multi-page business website takes 2–4 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the scope and your requirements, and we always agree on the deadline together at the start of the project.

Question 2

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

Our packages start at $1,500 for a landing page. A full business website starts at $2,500, and an online store at $5,900. We always quote a fixed price — no hourly billing, no surprises.

Question 3

Can I pay in installments?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The deposit is 40% of the total fee, and the remaining 60% can be paid in two monthly installments of 30% before handover. The website is handed over once the full amount has been paid.

Question 4

How much is the deposit?

Accepted Answer

The deposit is 40% of the total project fee, due within 5 business days of signing the contract. That payment kicks off the project.

Question 5

What guarantee do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Every project comes with a guarantee: we fix any bugs that come up in the 30 days after handover at no charge. You also get 1 free revision round, based on a single consolidated written list.

Question 6

Can you help with copy and images?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we're happy to help! We can provide copywriting, stock photo selection, and AI-generated imagery. The details are set out in your proposal.

Question 7

What does the process look like?

Accepted Answer

First, we get to know your needs on a short call, then we create a free design mockup. Once you approve it, we move on to development, testing, and finally launch. We stay in touch with you the whole way.

Question 8

Do you work with clients outside Hungary?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we've worked with clients in Hungary and abroad, including the US. We communicate fluently in both English and Hungarian.

Question 9

What technologies do you use?

Accepted Answer

We mainly use Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. For online stores we use Shopify or WooCommerce. The websites we build are fast, SEO-friendly, and easy to maintain.

Question 10

What's the difference between WordPress and Next.js?

Accepted Answer

WordPress is a ready-made, plugin-based platform — quicker to set up, but slower and harder to customize. Next.js is a fully custom solution: faster, more secure, and Google likes it better. We usually recommend Next.js for business websites.

Question 11

Can you build an online store?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our e-commerce package covers full online store development on Shopify or WooCommerce, including product page optimization, payment integration, shipping setup, and email automation.

Question 12

Will the website be responsive on every device?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop is a baseline requirement on every project. We also optimize for Core Web Vitals so you rank well on Google.

Question 13

Will the website be SEO-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Core SEO (meta tags, structured data, fast loading, sitemap, robots.txt) is included in every package. Advanced SEO campaigns are available as a separate service.

Question 14

How many changes can I request during the design phase?

Accepted Answer

We're flexible with changes during the mockup phase. After the finished website is handed over, you get 1 free revision round, sent to us as a single consolidated list within 3 days.

Question 15

Can you design a logo and brand identity?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer logo design, brand books, and complete visual identity work — either as a standalone service or as an add-on to a website project.

Question 16

What is UX and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

UX (user experience) is how easily and enjoyably visitors can find their way around your site. Good UX means more conversions, more leads, and more revenue.

Question 17

How is a landing page different from a full website?

Accepted Answer

A landing page is a single, focused page — for a product, a campaign, or an offer. There's no internal navigation; every element drives toward one goal: conversion. It's faster and cheaper to build, and ideal for ads.

Question 18

When does a landing page make sense?

Accepted Answer

For Google Ads or Meta ad campaigns, event registration, product pre-launches, lead generation — any time you want to guide visitors toward one specific action.

Question 19

Do you offer website maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a monthly care plan. It covers content updates, security updates, performance monitoring, and small changes.

Question 20

Do I need my own domain and hosting?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you'll need a domain and hosting. We'll help you choose and set them up. Our projects usually run on Vercel, which offers a free base tier, and we can help you register your domain too.

Question 21

What happens after the project is handed over?

Accepted Answer

After handover you're covered by a 30-day guarantee — we fix any bugs that come up in that period free of charge. After that, you can sign up for a monthly care plan, or manage the site yourself.
