Compass launched in 2021 with a passionate team who all believed that businesses deserve more than template websites. The founders — marketers, developers, and strategists — laid the groundwork together.
In our early years we ran as a full-service digital marketing agency: websites, ads, social media, and brand strategy. We worked with dozens of clients and learned something about real business growth from every project.
We realized AI isn't the future — it's the present. A website and ads aren't enough anymore: clients need systems. With that realization we changed direction and started building what is now the Compass Operating Layer™.
