8 steps to your new website — with clear deadlines and clear next steps.
Please send these within the 3-day deadline.
Throughout the project, we communicate through the designated contacts.
Our goal is a process that's transparent, fast, and smooth. We're with you every step of the way.
Thank you for working with us! ♥
* We send the list of required materials in a separate document.
** 1 (one) free revision round. Structural and design changes count as a revision round.
A standard website usually takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch — as long as we receive your materials on time. We can only hold the deadline if you meet the 3-day materials deadline.
After the contract is signed, we send you a deposit invoice. The deposit is 40% of the total fee, due within 5 business days — by card through Stripe or by international wire transfer. The remaining 60% is due before handover.
You have 3 days from our request to send your materials. Late delivery incurs a $25/day late fee, and the project deadline is extended accordingly.
You get one consolidated revision round after the first handover, with 3 days to send your feedback. Any changes beyond that are billed separately.
A revision is any change to the content, design, or functionality of the finished site — e.g. rewriting copy, changing colors, or adding a new section. Bug fixes and technical issues don't count as revisions.
We don't send work-in-progress for approval during development — that's how we keep the work focused and efficient. You'll see the first complete version at the First handover step.
The site goes live once the final invoice is paid. We then hand over all access credentials and your site is live. Your domain and hosting need to be set up in advance — we'll help with that too.
If we don't hear back within 3 days of the First handover, the site is considered accepted and the project is closed. The same applies to the revision round.
